When should you let us know about missing crates?

Please write in to customer support at info@japancrate.com if you are missing a purchased crate. In order for us to track your crate, with a tracking link, you need to let us know within 60 days of order date. If you have not written in within that timeframe, we will no longer be able to help you. 

*Within 30 days of delivery date, with no tracking.
