How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your Account. Under Your Subscription(s) on the left-hand side with a button to Edit your subscription. 


Under Your Subscription(s) on the left-hand side with a button to Edit your subscription. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Cancel Subscription button.


Please be sure to cancel your subscription before your Billing Date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle. 

Once you have clicked the Cancel Subscription button you will proceed to the next page.


Scroll all the way down until you find We Can't Convince You To Stay section and click the HERE button.


Please fill out the remaining information and click the Yes, Please Cancel button. Once you do that your subscription will be fully canceled, and you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your subscription has been canceled.
