My subscription renewal missed the deadline, what do I do?

Send an email to info@japancrate right away!

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all late subscription renewals since some of our crates sell out before the end of the month. If you do find yourself with a late renewal please contact us right away as that will leave you with the best chance to get the month's crate.
