With Standard shipping (both the option with tracking and the one without), orders usually deliver around 2 weeks after we send it out.
However, delays caused by Customs checks, bad weather, and post office handling are unfortunately not uncommon. Because of this, we ask to allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to accommodate for any of the aforementioned delays.
For Express shipping, which normally deliver within 2-5 business days, we ask to please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, for the same aforementioned reasons.
If the aforementioned time frames come to pass since you received your shipping notification e-mail, please alert us by writing in to email@example.com and notify our support team that you are still waiting for your order.
To help us out with taking care of your case, we would appreciate it if you included your order number (which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail) in your e-mail title.
For those who have tracking numbers, please feel free to contact your post office regarding the status of your order's delivery. Just make sure you have your tracking number (which you can get by accessing your shipping confirmation e-mail) ready to provide to them.
