I never received my Japan Crate, can I get a new one sent to me?

We're incredibly sorry that your Japan Crate did not make it to you safely. Please check your tracking number to see if your Japan Crate was marked delivered.

If your crate was not marked as delivered and has missing or incomplete tracking information. please email our support team at info@japancrate.com and they will be able to send a new crate out to you. 

If your crate was marked delivered and you were not able to find it, please send an email to our support team at info@japancrate.com so they can further investigate the issue. Reports of missing Japan Crates that were marked delivered need to be made within two weeks of the delivery date.
