Where is my crate? (International)

International shipping times vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, and other factors. We provide a tracking number for all international shipments but they only track up till the crate has arrived in the destination country. Once it arrives, it will be handled by the local postal office. 

If you still have not received your shipment after 4 weeks, please follow up with your local postal office using the Asendia tracking number that we provide. There has been many instances of crates being held in customs. It's very important to put a full name for all international shipments. 

Please contact Support if your crate was lost in transit after being received in the destination country or if your crate was being sent back due to an incorrect address and we will refund you the price of the crate only.
