First time orders that are placed and then canceled before the ship date will not be canceled and refunded automatically. When you cancel a subscription, it will only cancel future renewals.
If you need to cancel the order due to a mistake or you've changed your mind, please contact Support with your cancelation reason within 24 hours of your order date.
This does not apply to subscription renewals. Renewals that were not canceled before the billing date will not be refunded.
Subscriptions created and cancelled within the last week of the deadline will be handled on a case to case basis.
