Late Renewals

When a payment is not successful for a subscription renewal, the server will try to charge the card again. It will continue to try to charge the card for 10 days before marking the subscription as Expired.

All Past Due subscriptions will have a chance to receive a crate for the following month if the payment is able to be made before the subscription expires. A notification e-mail will be sent to remind you if your payment information needs to be updated.

An email will be sent out if you have a pending late renewal. It will be the customer's responsibility to write in letting us know that their payment has been processed so we can ensure a late renewal crate will be sent out to you.
