My renewal date is at the end of the month, can I move it so I can get my crate shipped during the first wave?

Yes, we're able to move your renewal date to switch your shipment wave. Please send an email to info@japancrate.com let them know what shipment wave you'd like to be put in.

First wave renewals will be charged on the 1st of every month.

Second wave renewals will be charged on the 15th of every month.

Third wave renewals will be charged on the 24th of every month.
